Back in 2011 I was surprised by my husband when he whisked me away to London to celebrate my 28th birthday.
He booked us into London’s most hi-tech hotel, Eccleston Square Hotel, possibly more so to treat himself than me!
The hotel is run by the Byrne family, and currently managed by James and Olivia.
Each room boasts a 46″ Full HD 3D plasma with surround sound experience and complimentary delivery of 3D movies and 3D glasses to your room.
A Luxurious bed – fully electronically adjustable with variable massage settings – yes please!
A personal iPad 2, through which you can browse the internet, order room service, book a wake-up call or place a breakfast reservation.
A stunning marble bathroom, with a concealed flatscreen bathroom TV and no less than 3 different pressure shower heads! O, and not forgetting the ‘reveal or conceal’ SmartGlass bathroom doors!
And that’s only some of the cool features… so I took a few pictures, blogged it and didn’t think more of it.
Last year, out of the blue I got a phone call from the hotel. James had found my images online and wanted me to come back and take some more to showcase the luxury Eccleston Square offered.
This off course meant I would have to stay in the hotel for the weekend whilst photographing…well it’s a tough life!
I am very pleased to have seen my images used by the hotel on various social platforms, marketing material and even their newsletters.
