One look a this photos and you know it wasn’t taken in the UK (queue the sunshine)!

I took a trip back to South-Africa in January to visit family and friends and I got the opportunity to photograph the Pontes family.

Close friends of my parents, Manuel and Karim (also a keen photographer) arranged for me to come and photograph their family whilst on vacation.

It was interesting doing a photoshoot in South Africa as the light was totally different than what I am use to in the UK – but it was a great experience and I enjoyed spending time with the lovely Pontes family in the process!
