This year has been eventful on so many fronts… now it seem Christmas has come early at TRP headquarters. Last week I received the fantastic news that I have been selected as a finalist for the EDP Wedding Awards in the Wedding Photographer of the Year category.
The Wedding Awards in association with the EDP and sponsored by Marry in Norfolk and the Norfolk Registration Service celebrate the best wedding suppliers from across the region. More than 4,500 couples get married in Norfolk each year, made possible by a array of suppliers, and the awards recognise, honour and reward suppliers in 15 categories.
The judging panel, compromising of sponsors and industry experts, met in October to deliberate the entries, and I was shortlisted and interviewed last month. Last week I receiving the fantastic news I was one of the final three in my category.
The winners will be announced at an exciting all-new red carpet event the 27th of January, and we are keeping everything crossed! Regardless of the outcome I am thankful to every every bride, groom, client and referral who helped me build my business the past 5 years. To be nominated and shortlisted in itself is a massive achievement…watch this space!
